What is Del Sol’s Sol Style Beauty Box?
The Sol Style Beauty Box was created because so many people are in love with Del Sol’s color-changing nail polish. It’s a way to pay each month for a monthly subscription of new nail polish.

How does it work?
Sign up for the package that fits you best, either the Nail Polish Lover or Nail Art Lover. You will not be charged until the last day of the month and your first box will be shipped off at that time. After the first month, you’ll be charged at the end of each month and your box will automatically ship to you at the beginning of each month.

How do I update my address or change account info?
You can come back to Subscription.DelSol.com to log into your account any time. There you’ll be able to do things such as change payment, update your address, etc. You can also call us at 1-800-884-5815 to change any account information.

How is the monthly nail polish selected?
The nail polish of the month is a new nail polish we create and comes with both Nail Polish Lover and Nail Art Lover subscriptions. Each package also gets one of our top-selling nail polishes. With the Nail Polish Lovers package you’ll receive a third popular nail polish or one of our nail treatment products. With the Nail Art Lovers package you’ll receive a stencil package, decal package or one of our many appliques.

How does shipping work?
Since all subscribers are charged the last day of each month, all packages are setup and ready to be shipped out at the beginning of the following month. This is so all subscribers will receive their monthly package near the beginning of each month. Shipping is always FREE!

Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?
Yes! We allow you to purchase a subscription as a gift. All you need to do is change the shipping address to the address of the person receiving the subscription box.

How does pricing work?
Each month’s package is $19.99 per month plus tax where applicable. This includes FREE shipping.

What if my credit card declines on the renewal date?
We’ll automatically try to charge the card a couple more times if it declines on the renewal date. If it still declines, your account will go into On-Hold status. You can login to your account to pay the past due balance. Once paid, your subscription box will be sent to you and your account status will go back to Active.

Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please call us at 1-800-884-5815 to cancel your account. You will need to do this at least 5 business days before the end of the month to ensure your order is canceled before it starts to process.

What if I already have the nail polish you sent?
We don’t advertise what is coming out in the next month’s subscription box because our customers have told us that they like the ‘surprise’ feeling they get when they open their box. However, if you really want to know what will be in the next box, call us at 1-800-884-5815 or email us at onlineservice@delsol.com and we’ll be glad to tell you. If you already have a nail polish in that package or do not want those colors, let us know while you’re on the phone with us and we can suspend/skip that month’s subscription for you. You can also do this to change your subscription package. We’ll need at least 5 business days before the last day of the month for cancellations and changes. If you suspend your subscription for that month, please call us again to activate it again for the following month. We do not accept returns on our Sol Style Box.
